For post surgery, MLD can begin the day following your procedure, but please speak to your surgeon, as some will have a treatment timeline they would like you to follow.

 

The lymphatic system is incredible, but if compromised, lymphatic fluids can build up. It also plays a vital role in regulating the immune system.

Maybe you have had surgery, and you need help to recover and manage the swelling. I have experience working with those who have had Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), Liposuction, Brachioplasty (arm lift), Rhinoplasty, Breast augmentation, and Buttock enhancement (brazilian butt lift), to name a few examples. I also work with people post orthopaedic surgery, and post lipoedema surgery.

I have completed an accredited, specialist course in providing post operative manual lymphatic drainage.

I am registered and listed on MLDUK, as a DLT level therapist, and I am a member of the British Lymphology Society (BLS), which means I am a qualified Lymphoedema therapist.

Manual lymphatic drainage can benefit;
